Your leg appears on the marketplace and goes to our buyer-alert lists, partner concierges, and corporate travel desks. You stay anonymous until a booking confirms.

Booking lands in your inbox
Buyer pays via escrow. We forward the operator rate to your bank within 24 hours of departure. Anything above your floor is what funds Avian Hub — never deducted from your payout.

FAQ
The questions every operator asks on the first call.
- What's the catch on free-for-life?
- There isn't one. Listing is free forever for every operator. We need supply density to validate the buyer side, and we are paying for that with a permanent zero-commission model. Revenue comes from sponsorship and optional value-added services to buyers, never from operator commission.
- Will my pricing be visible to competitors?
- Floor prices are never shown. Only the marketed price (which we set above your floor) is public. Aircraft tail numbers stay private until a booking confirms.
- What if a buyer cancels?
- Buyers pay in full at booking. Cancellation policy is set per leg by you (24h, 48h, non-refundable). We refund the buyer per your policy and never claw back from the operator.
- Are you Part 135 / DOT compliant on your end?
- Avian Hub is an air charter broker under DOT 14 CFR Part 295. The flight is operated under your Part 135 / EASA AOC certificate. We disclose our broker status on every listing and at checkout.
- Do you require exclusivity?
- No. List the same leg on Avinode, Victor, your own site, anywhere. First-to-book wins; the others auto-pull within 60 seconds via the cancel-leg API.
- How does payout work?
- We escrow buyer payment at booking and release the operator rate within 24 hours of departure. Wire or ACH to your business bank — you set the destination.
